Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all monthly/annual software rental subscriptions purchased from Info Web Software, billed and processed through Razorpay.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your software subscription at any time by informing us via email at info@infowebsoftware.com or by calling/WhatsApp +91 9627407876, at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellation will stop future billing; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid for the current billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Before setup begins: If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before we have started customization/setup work on your software, you are eligible for a full refund.
- After setup has started: Once customization or development work has begun, payments are non-refundable, as effort and resources have already been committed to your specific requirement.
- Recurring monthly billing: Monthly rental fees already charged for the current cycle are non-refundable; however, you will not be billed for future cycles after cancellation.
- Service issues: If the software is materially not delivered as agreed due to a fault on our part, you may request a refund or credit, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
4. Failed / Duplicate Payments
In case of a failed transaction where money was debited but the payment status shows failed, or in case of an accidental duplicate payment, contact us with your payment reference ID and we will verify and refund the amount within 7–10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom development or modules already built as per your specific request.
- Any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g., domain, SMS/API credits) at the time of cancellation.
6. Contact for Refund Requests
To request a cancellation or refund, email info@infowebsoftware.com with your registered name, payment reference ID and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
