Info Web Software provides 100% web-based, digitally delivered software (CRM, HMS, ERP, Courier Management, Inventory Management, DMS, Billing & custom applications). Since our products are digital services, not physical goods, there is no shipping involved. This policy explains how access to your software is delivered instead.
1. Delivery Method
All software is hosted on the web and accessed through a browser via login credentials provided by us — no physical delivery, courier or installation is required.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Free demo: scheduled within 1–2 business days of your enquiry.
- Standard/template-based software: account activation typically within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Fully custom software: timeline depends on scope and is communicated in writing after requirement discussion, typically ranging from 1 to 4 weeks.
3. Access Activation
Once payment is confirmed via Razorpay and any required setup is complete, login credentials and access details are sent to the email/phone number provided at signup.
4. Delays
Delivery timelines may be affected by delays in receiving necessary information, content, or feedback from your side. We will proactively communicate any expected delays.
5. Support After Delivery
After activation, our support team remains available for onboarding assistance, bug fixes and minor adjustments as per your service plan.
